October: New season, New month, New year, New fun

October is my favorite month.... It's finally the perfect temperature for leggings and a teeshirt, the leaves are beautifully changing colors, pumpkin spice is everywhere, it's the Jewish New Year and a time for reflection and reset, AND.... it's my birthday month and I love birthdays.

All week, I've been reflecting on last year - what went well and what I want to change. I've been committed to intentionally prioritizing my desires for this new season. I've thought about all that I want to carry forward, and all that I need to let go of to be my best self.

What about you?

  • What have you accomplished thus far this year?

  • What have you learned?

  • What do you need to release and let go of?

  • Where do you want to put your life-force energy for the remaining 3 months of the year? (eek! 3 months till 2020)

If you are ready for powerful transformation, and you want to go into 2020 full of energy, clarity, hope, and excitement, then join me for a FREE BREAKTHROUGH CALL. During our time together, you will get clear on your goals and values, leave behind negative self-talk and self-sabotage that no longer serves you and finally fully commit to your true self and your dreams.

October is also a time for dusting off your crockpot and getting ready for some stews and soups this winter.

On those chilly fall and winter days, a hearty bowl of soup is the perfect meal to cozy up with in front of the roaring fireplace.  What's even better about soup is you can make just about any type of it in a crockpot with minimal effort.  Toss the ingredients in before you leave for work, cook on low throughout the day, and you'll come home to the most fantastic aroma filling your home and a delicious dinner waiting for you. Honestly, what's better than that!?

Have you joined our FREE private Facebook group yet to celebrate "Crocktober?"  I'm so excited to be diving into some fun and delicious topics in my private Facebook Group this month. I'll be posting a soup or crockpot recipe every day, and you'll get some great meal ideas for the coming colder months. Come join us for the fun this month!
