Burnout to Brilliant is all about women supporting women and holding each other accountable so you can live your best life and achieve your goals.

We provide unlimited expertise and support in healthy and intuitive eating, fitness for busy moms, work/life balance, stress alleviation and time management.

By the end of 6 weeks, you will feel healthier, stronger, more energized, more relaxed, and more fulfilled… not to mention being able to fit into that little black dress hanging in the back of your closet or being able to run after your kids without feeling totally out of breath!

About Laura

Laura Kovall is a former journalist and counter-terrorism analyst, turned fitness professional. She is now training for her seventh marathon. Laura, a busy mom herself, understands how challenging fitness can be to fit in. Therefore, she has created an efficient method which combines cardio intervals, strength training, and body toning that can be done anywhere, on the space of a yoga mat. Laura is also a NYRR HIIT Instructor where she teaches classes to help both runners and non-runners build strength, endurance, and speed by recruiting the muscles that are hard to engage in every day life.

About Jessica

Jessica Kishpaugh is a recovering attorney turned Holistic Nutritionist & Lifestyle Health Coach as well as a Corporate Wellness speaker/educator. She’s a busy mom of two little boys and truly understands the need for moms to find time and space for self care. She’s a marathon runner, a triathlete, an avid fan of the outdoors, and a world traveler. Her mantra at LoYo Wellness is about LOving YOurself - in mind, body and soul and it all starts with balance. So while she is a bit of a health food nut she’d rarely pass up a good piece of dark chocolate, froyo or a glass of wine. Jessica helps moms become their healthiest and happiest by implementing mindful nutrition habits, gaining clarity on core life values and making small, sustainable step by step changes to their lifestyles.
